Hi, I'm Lucas

My name is Lucas Priest, I’m 18 Years old and I am currently a Full time Level 1 engineer at Blackbird IT. I am passionate about information technology and graphic design/Art, I enjoy learning and problem solving, and a key passion of mine is helping customers. I started working in IT at my current employer Black Bird while in year 11, and completed my Certificate III while also completing my SACE (as a trainee), and I now work as a level 1 helpdesk engineer while completing my certificate IV and other industry certifications (such as the MS 900

I enjoy the exposure to many different types of technologies that my current role provides and the learning opportunities that it also provides, and my longer term goal is continue to develop my skills and specializations to become a level 3 engineer and eventually a solution architect. While my passions are information technology and graphic design, gaining experience and developing my skills are my main goals
